Monday March 4^th 2013 Brier outing for Juniors

We have been provided with tickets to attend the Draw 7 games @ 6:30PM  featuring:

PEI vs QC  SK vs NB  NL vs NO  NT vs NS

Arrangements are being made for a bus from GARC departing at
5:45PM all juniors need to meet in the GARC foyer by 5:30PM

RSVP is needed for all players a signup sheet will be posted at curling for the next two weeks..please remind your junior to confirm their attendance on this sheet. OR confirm they are not available..

In addition I require approx..  8-10 parent volunteers to each supervise 4 players

There is no charge to attend the event for players or supervisors a contribution of $1.00/per attendee for the bus would be
appreciated..

Wednesday, March 20/2013 is our last day of curling 

We will be having a meal upstairs followed with award presentation’s & prizes for all Juniors.   There is no charge for
curlers.      This should be concluded by 6:45PM

Parents & siblings are welcome to join us for the meal & awards presentation…Don't forget your camera!!                                                  

There is a charge of $10 for parents / siblings and you must preorder & pay for your meal by Wednesday March 13th  order form to follow

If juniors are not able to attend on MARCH20/2013 please advise ASAP.
